Water Damage Plant City

Recently, we received an emergency water damage after hours call at Advanced Restoration Inc. for a serious issue in Plant City, Florida.

The homeowners came home to a flooded garage and bedroom.  Fortunately, they knew to call the water mitigation experts immediately at 1-800-DRY-ME-OUT.  We promptly sent out our emergency response team to their home.

Upon arrival, our certified techs first went to the garage to assess the flooding.  Fortunately, it wasn’t as bad as they thought as only half of the garage was affected and not the entire space.  The techs then ventured into the house to assess interior water damage.  In the bedroom, they indeed found some signs of flooding and again, it was better than expected as only a small portion of carpet had been affected.

Because the homeowners acted so quickly, the bedroom carpet damage was salvageable and the techs could promptly begin a carpet drying regimen.

As for the garage, the excess water would be extracted and restoration and remediation would immediately follow.
